Abstract: The Power of the Word. Legal Logic in the Art of Judging
The particular nature of legal language allows us to identify the archaic force, already present in the myths of origins. A force that legal logic, founded on ancient Aristotelian principles, mitigates and restores to the rationality of reasoning and its justification. When this force is removed, in the illusory pretense of axiomatizing the words of law, the conflict explodes in its brutal ancestral violence and the words of law are suffocated.
