Abstract: Comprehension
Wittgenstein Tractatus lógico-philosophicus point according to which the world and the language have a common estructure, and the expression of thought is perceptible by the linguistic propositions, by linguistic signs that proyect the situations through the sense of the propositions, is revisited at the Philosophical Investigations, where Wittgenstein underline that the relation between a word and its meaning is practical, not theoretical; we find it at the linguistic uses of the word. Philosophical technique of language games serves as therapy because it frees us from philosophical confusions caused by the consideration of the language outside the contexts and vital activities, outside the forms of life. From this idea it is reflected on some important aspects in which the philosophy of language affects the normative field and the legal field.
