Abstract: Re-educate Juvenile Offenders with the Help of Neuroscience
This work, after having outlined the system of imputability of minors and the peculiarities of the juvenile process, deals with re-education. This principle, imposed by the Italian Constitution, can find support in neuroscientific techniques, provided that they don’t result determinism and are used in an integrated way.
