Abstract: Artificial Intelligence and the Sense of Right
In addressing the topic of Artificial Intelligence, this paper, starting from the idea according to which right profoundly involves the conception and “practice” of people’s lives, wants to argue that a legal culture that is in continuous dialogue with the aspects that characterize human life in all its nuances and peculiarities, can make its contribution to ensuring that the relationship between humanity and its instruments is not overturned.
