Abstract: Related Ethical and Legal Implications with the Increasing Use of AI
This paper examines the ethical implications of artificial intelligence, emphasizing the importance of a responsible and ethical approach in its development and application. Through the analysis of the Montreal Declaration and the UNESCO Recommendation, reflections are made on the regulation and the role ethics should play in the design and development of artificial intelligence, bearing in mind that the core objective of this technology is to be a benefit to society while respecting fundamental human values and rights.
