Abstract: From Symbiosis to AI-centric Conditioning. The Divorce Between Technical Legitimacy and Human Agency
The theme of the human-IA symbiosis is analyzed in the light of the technological transition of the judicial system. Of the wide-ranging debate, the focus is on the effects of the aforementioned synergy on the technical judicial lawfulness, on the one hand, and on the future of human agency, on the other. Specific notions by Friedman’s discourse have been used as analyzing matrices.
