Abstract: Between Normativism and Justice. Carnelutti, Philosopher of Law
This paper aims to show the main contributions made by F. Carnelutti to the philosophy of law. To this end, a contemporary contextualisation of the discipline is carried out and the different contributions of the Italian jurist are analysed from a critical point of view, taking into account his artistic conception of law and the evolution towards iusnaturalism. It also highlights the mediating nature of the juridical, between economics and morality, and positively assesses the indications of the need to institutionalise legal education in secondary education.
