Abstract: Vico’s Law Philosophy and the “Conversion” in the Trial.
The article begins from the recovery of Vico’s Law philosophy, from the consideration about the law experience, in order to rebuild the Neapolitan author’s philosophy jurisprudence and to introduce a vision of the trial as path of conversion.
