Abstract
The contribution analyses the italian legislation about the suspension of the sentence with special attention on the objective and subjective conditions of this possibility; the Author tries to highlight the critical profiles of this legislation with a constant and updated reference to the jurisprudence and to the doctrine concerned by the subject.
