Abstract

The essay analyzes some passages of the Apostolic Constitution “Gaudium et spes” according to the

paradigm of “scientism” in the political-juridical field. As a result, the author locates in the virtual/real

dichotomy the starting point of a reflection about the limit of the law and the scientism.
