Abstract
The ethics wants an hospitable and mild law, in the prisons too. One of her fundamental principles
is, in fact, the solidarity, that widens the fraternité as well as the égalité. The contrary of what
happens in the Antigone by Sophocles, in the Merchant of Venice by Shakespeare and in
Der Prozess by Kafka.
