A First Conceptualization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The paper offers a conceptualization of the subjective right to climate, taking in considerations the European Climate Change Litigation (the Urgenda Climate Case) and the International Climate Law. The paper considers human and\/or fundamental rights as claims and briefly describes the bottomup trajectory of the rights, highlighting the role of social activists, lawyers and courts. Then the paper analysis the reasons supporting the claim aimed at recognizing a specific right to climate.
