Abstract: Person and State Before the Pandemic and the Other Emergencies of Our Time
The juridical experience of the pandemic and of the other contemporary emergencies highlight the passage from a prospective based on the sovereignty of the State to one levarages on subjective autonomy and on subsidiarity of institutions.
