Abstract: Corruption as a split in the Legal Relationship
The essay reflects on the corruption of law, not on the corruptive phenomena pursued by legal systems, reading it anthropologically as the wrecking of human integrity. It is the distortion of justice that will corrupt the legal relationship. The text then adopts the calculation of the combinations of the elements of a set, splitting the legal relationship into three elements in order to analyse the complexity of the elementary legal relationship and its processes of fragmentation.
