Una riflessione su giusto, legalità e persona in Francesco Gentile
7-12
Abstract: A Reflection on Justice, Law and Person in Francesco Gentile
In Francesco Gentile’s thought the awareness emerges that the righteous person plexus constitutes an inseparable binomial and that, when the legal question is annihilated by the technocratic affirmation, it risks also enhancing legal nihilism and relativistic reductionism. In the speculative direction undertaken by Gentile, the quality of the normative statements questioned by critics to formalistic logical correctness is highlighted, together with the concepts of person and right. The ‘search for the just’ becomes a speculative paradigm.
